How old do I have to be?
Vermont recreational purchases are 21+ with a valid government ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID). Bring it every time.
Is recreational cannabis legal in Jeffersonville?
Yes. Adult-use cannabis is legal in Vermont, including Jeffersonville. Medical cannabis is separate and requires a state medical card.
How much can I buy?
Vermont law now allows adults 21+ to purchase up to two ounces of flower, or the equivalent in other products, in a single transaction. Limits can change — we follow current state rules at the counter.
Can I take it back to another state?
No. Do not transport cannabis out of Vermont. Possession is still illegal under federal law and in many other states.
Can I order ahead?

Where can I consume?
Public use is not allowed in Vermont. Do not smoke or vape on resort property unless that property explicitly allows it — most do not. Consume only where it is legal.
Do you sell cartridges?
